Conveyancing and Title Opinions

For specific transactions, we also provide opinions for your title or land registration issues. These can be done either by high level answers via email correspondence with you, or if required, more formal traditional written opinion with detailed legal analysis. We will scope out what is necessary early on with you so that we are not duplicating the work you have already done: the emphasis is on a pragmatic, options based and cost efficient answer to your problem.

PSL Services

We know that not every firm has an in-house professional support lawyer. 

That's why we offer a pay-as-you-go service, whereby you can hire our assistance for anything from a one off review of internal property department protocols, to an ongoing retention of a day a month, or whatever works for you. 

Some of our services are listed below, but we are happy to discuss other bespoke services if required. 

As with all of our services, everything is offered as a fixed fee.

Meet your yearly CPD requirements. We can help you review, plan and deliver internal training.

Outsource your law library. We offer legal research for all property law or conveyancing matters, and we offer pragmatic opinions to help you get through tricky title issues mid-transaction.

Impress your clients. We can work with you to produce one off or regular newsletters or training events to keep key clients updated on property law issues.

Keep on top of case law. We can write internal bulletins for your staff to keep them up to date in between CPD sessions on key cases and legislation.

Limit your risk. We can give a "second pair of eyes" to review your internal conveyancing procedures. We can create checklists and flowcharts to deal with your most common areas of concern.

Refresh your internal styles. We can review and suggest any changes to your style offers, dispositions and other key documents. 

Maximise efficiencies. We can work with your internal systems, IT or offline, to troubleshoot processes and procedures to save time and money.

Support your staff with in-house title clinics. We can come to your office to give a one off or regular clinic, where your staff can bring along any title issues they are facing for a quick verbal opinion.
